Safiatu Barrie-Narteh is a mining engineer, philanthropist, humanitarian, and entrepreneur who is very passionate and enthusiastic about mining and seeing the growth of young people in education and entrepreneurship.
Over the last decade, she has been actively involved in youth development and capacity building through mentorship, counseling, and career development. She's the founder and executive director of Give The Girl A Hand International (GIGAH INT'L), a non for profit organization that helps youth, especially women, to identify their fullest potential and achieve their dreams.
Her goal in life is to continue to serve as motivation to the younger generation while inspiring them to become the best version of themselves.

Roseline Joseph
GIGAH Equity Hut Mentor
Roseline Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Liberia. She is passionate about environmental sustainability to improve and sustain mother earth and improve its inhabitants' living conditions.
Currently, Ms. Roseline serves as the Deputy Director for Operations for Give The Girl A Hand International (GIGAH), a nongovernmental organization involving youth development, especially women. She is an advocate, motivational speaker, and inspiration to women pursuing STEM careers.
Ms. Roseline is actively involved in developing and mentoring the youths of her country Liberia. She performs community engagements with women to increase their quest for independence.
She supports women's empowerment and independence because she believes we can be the Change we seek or want.
