𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐢𝐫𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝

Today is a special day for African women, and GIGAH proudly celebrates this important day.

To honor the 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐢𝐫𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝, GIGAH hosted a menstrual hygiene awareness program. Our team and passionate health practitioners educated over 58 teenage girls about the importance of menstrual hygiene. To support the cause, GIGAH donated menstrual pads to the girls and provided the school with extra pads for students who may need them while on campus.

GIGAH is grateful to the D-Tweh school administration for allowing us to celebrate with their students. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the speakers and the entire GIGAH Team for their valuable contribution towards making this event a success.
